Class Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a registration for a weekly class by logging into your account and going to your schedule and early canceling In Person reservation at least 1 hour before the class starts, or 15 minutes before an online class starts. You can also cancel a class reservation 1 hour prior to the start by notifying Dogwood Studios in writing by email or texting the teacher, in which case your class registration will be cancelled, and the class will remain in your account to use later. Cancellations after 1 hour before the class cannot be done online. Cancellations by email or text closer than 1 hour prior to the start of the class are not cancelled.
Dogwood Studios understands that if circumstances prevent early canceling, within 1 hour you can email info@dogwoodstudioyoga.com to request a late cancellation and credit the class back to your account.
Single and multiple class packages can be canceled and refunded to the credit card on file in your account only before the expiration date of the class or package. After the expiration date, unused class purchases cannot be refunded. You may request a refund for a class package by notifying Dogwood Studios in writing by email, in which case you can receive a prorated credit for the remaining sessions. Issuing refunds or credits are at the discretion of Dogwood Studios.
Dogwood Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to insufficient registrations (minimum of two people required per class), instructor inability to attend due to unforeseeable circumstances such as illness or injury, severe weather or power loss, or other circumstances beyond their control. In such circumstances, the participants will be notified as soon as possible and the class will be credited to your account.
Some classes may be special events and have additional requirements or restrictions advertised with the event that you must comply with.

For Special Events: Series/Workshops Cancellations and Refunds
Since special events, like series and workshops do not necessarily regularly repeat, there are no make-up sessions, but there may be options to purchase one or more and not all of the associated sessions. If you cannot attend and want to cancel the registration before the event, you must cancel the reservation in your Dogwood Studios Account or email Dogwood Studios as soon as possible before the event, 24 hours at a minimum since there may be a waiting list. You will be provided a credit to your account to use for another event you would like to attend. For certain circumstances, refunds will be awarded for the price of the event minus any applicable administrative, processing fees or differences in price.

For Memberships Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel a membership and the associated auto-pay at any time within 1 day of the next billing cycle without penalty, either by cancelling within your Dogwood Studios’ Momence account or by emailing info@dogwoodstudioyoga.com to request the cancellation.
The monthly auto-pay will not be refunded or prorated if cancelled after the monthly charge, and will take effect the next month and stop the next month’s auto-pay. You will no longer have access to the On Demand Pre-recorded Session library and/or unlimited weekly classes (depending on the level of membership) from the end of the paid month forward.
Dogwood Studios reserves the right to cancel a membership at any time. If you share the membership with anyone else, your membership will be cancelled permanently and without refund.

Current Purchase Policy
Most purchases are good for 1 to 6 months of the purchase date before it expires, unless it is a series or workshop, where the purchase is good up through the event. If a purchase is for a month, it is only good for a month from the date of purchase, no matter the expiration date.
You can use purchased class sessions to pay for a friend or a relative/spouse. Class sessions are nonrefundable, but are transferable. The friend must have a Dogwood Studios account to ensure the liability waiver has been agreed to before participation.
You can sign up online before class. You can not drop-in (arrive without pre registration). Be sure to arrive early to get settled-in. Classes start on time as much as possible.
Dogwood Studios accepts most credit cards and local checks. Dogwood Studios does not accept cash and does not keep cash on hand. If a check is returned, you will be charged for the bank fee charged to Dogwood Studios.

Illness Cancellation Policy
If you feel ill, have been exposed to an illness (for example, someone who tested positive for COVID), or tested positive yourself, please do not come to an In Person class. Let us know as soon as possible, and your class will be credited back to your account, either using the package used to book it or as a class credit if purchased individually.
